Well, the night went pretty well. Juliana slept until 11 or so then got up again at 4am. Then we all got up to get ready for the doctor. She was the first appointment for the day. We had a later appointment scheduled, but the doctor had to leave early so we had gotten it switched a few days ago.

Jason was going to go, but he went to work and Ada came with us. We picked him up and off we went. The appointment was quick, but went well. Dr. Harris checked her over. She has gained weight and grew 2 inches. She went from 19 and 1/2 to 21 inches long. Her weight went from 8lbs 6oz down to 7lbs 10oz at her last appointment and up to 8lbs 14oz at this appointment.

While out, I picked up some stuff from the grocery store while Juliana slept in the car with my dad. It was good to get everything done. We are probably going down to my parent’s house later since it is my brother’s birthday. There may be some cake. Then we have to drop Jason off for his basketball tryouts.

Also we got the finalization of the baptism. We are going to have the baby baptized on Nov. 2nd at 1pm. So, all in all it has been a good day so far. The baby ate for a bit and now is fast asleep. Hopefully she will be as alert now as she was at the doctor’s office. Well, hope to post again soon. Her next appointment with the doctor is not until Dec. 1st at 9:30, so we will post other things before then. Well, happy reading.

We were finally able to access the our365 site to see the Juliana’s picture.  So here it is for everybody else to check out.

I cannot believe how amazing it is to feel this little one. This baby is what we call…mini ninja. It has been so active the last few weeks. It seems like certain times throughout the day the baby is more active, but it is constantly going. I am so glad to feel it so much. We actually are starting to see it through my tummy.

Becky, Jim and Abby stopped by after church today. We were listening to the baby with the monitor. It was the sweetest little thing when Abby started singing to the baby. It seemed like the baby enjoyed it because he or she got more active. It is amazing that it will not be too long until we meet this little one.

We are going to be busy the next 5 Sundays in a row. Between childbirth classes and baby showers, it will be running on Sundays. I am going to a co-workers shower and I will be having mine in a month. It is so amazing how time is flying by. I am enjoying most of being pregnant. I do not like the heat and swollen feet though. It will be so awesome for the time to come and we can meet our newest member of the family. I am hoping that more people continue to call so I can se my friends and family at the shower.

Here it is in July, and I am not even born yet. Daddy has been working hard to get everything ready for me. The room has been prepped and is looking very nice. It will be good to get everything in it once the baby shower has come and gone. Daddy has already made me a blog here, so mommy is nice enough to start filling it with posts until I am able to do it on my own.

The doctor’s appts. have been going well. Also, my next ultrasound will be in about 10 days. I have been growing very well. Last checked  was already 14 inches and 2 pounds. It will be nice to see the world in a few months though. I have been making mommy so tired lately, but she doesn’t mind. Also I have been kicking up a storm, but she is happy to feel it to know that I am still doing well and am healthy and strong.

I know mommy is getting excited for the baby shower to come. It will be sometime next month. It will be very nice to see all of the different people and gifts that will be there in my honor. It will be so nice when the time comes and I come into the world. Until then mommy and daddy will post different things to let everyone know how I am doing.
